2024 Stewardship Renewal

Our Lady of the Pines is beginning our annual Stewardship Renewal— Receive and Give: Experiencing the True Joy of Stewardship. During this season of renewal, let us reflect on the life of Jesus. He received everything from His Father and spent His life giving it all away—living a radical life of stewardship. Let us then ask ourselves, how can we imitate Jesus as a faithful steward of God? 

It begins when we recognize the many gifts God has given us. The next step is making concrete commitments with our Time, Talent, and Treasure so we can share our gifts with Him and others. It is through this continuous act of self-emptying that we find peace and joy in this life and even more so in the next! 

Take some time to reflect on what God might be calling you to in the year ahead. Ask yourself—How can I spend more time with God? How can I share the gifts and talents He has given me? How can I challenge myself to be generous with the gift of my treasure? 

God has given us many gifts out of the abundance of His love for us—He truly is the Gracious Giver! Let us strive to imitate Jesus by receiving the many gifts God bestows on us each day and working tirelessly to give them away.
