Playground Coming October 2024!

You may have noticed the "playground coming soon" sign on the northeast side of the church. We are excited to share that it is not just a tease! Over the past few months, our dedicated staff, parish council, finance council, and playground committee have been working diligently to turn this dream into reality, and just last week, we received the official go-ahead from Bishop Golka. We are thrilled to announce that our playground project is now officially underway!

About the Playground: Our forest-themed playground is thoughtfully designed to accommodate up to 72 children, featuring a variety of engaging elements to inspire fun and adventure:

• Play Structure: Highlights include 2 open-air slides, 5 climbing entries, a belt bridge, a large staircase transfer station, and a tic-tac-toe panel, all designed with a charming forest theme.
• Freestanding Play Features: A large hexagonal net climber and a stand-and-spin feature will add extra excitement.
• Safety and Comfort: The entire playground will be securely fenced to ensure our little ones' safety, with benches conveniently placed for our wonderful caregivers.
• Additional Amenities: A gazebo will offer shaded seating and serve as a versatile space for multigenerational small group gatherings, suitable for all weather conditions.
