• Name, Rank, Branch of Service (i.e. Joe E. Smith, TSgt, US Army)

• Job Specialty and/or Job Title (i.e. Radio Operator; F-15 Pilot; etc.)

• Primary Duty Location (i.e. Peterson AFB, CO; Fort Carson, CO.)

• Relationship to OLP Sponsor (i.e. Son of Roberta & Brian Livie)

• Is this Service Member Deployed?

• If deployed, can we share this detail on The Wall?
