Nestled within the heart of the OLP Parish Rectory grounds lies a haven of kindness and cultivation: Mary's Giving Garden. This garden is dedicated to aiding the less fortunate and is a testament to the compassion held for the community it serves. Spearheaded by three extraordinary women from the parish, the garden stands as a symbol of selfless giving.
With steady dedication, three remarkable parish women nurture the garden, sowing seeds of hope and harvesting fruits of generosity. Every plant, watered and tended, yields a bountiful harvest that is then carefully handpicked. But their mission doesn't end there; the fruits of their labor find their way to the Catholic Charities Marian House Soup Kitchen, where they become nourishing meals for those in need.
We hope that Mary's Giving Garden stands as a reminder that even the smallest acts of kindness can blossom into a world of difference.
