Confirmation

• Our parish starts preparing teens in eighth grade. 
• The teen is required to have pariticipated one previous year of Faith Formation.
• Our program prepares the teen to receive their Confirmation from the Fall through late Spring. The date of this special Mass is scheduled through the Bishop's Office and is usually announced late December each year.
• The program our parish currently uses is from Life Teen called Purpose.

• Our parish prepares adults separately through a program called Becoming Catholic or Rite of Christian Initiation of Adults (RCIA). 
• Adults usually receive this sacrament at the Easter Vigil each year.
